The New Year has got off to a great start at the club. The second week in January saw the delivery of the all new Technogym Kinesis circuit resistance machines, and our fantastic 5m TRX frame. We can truly say we are leading the way in functional training in the area.
Following the Christmas festivities we saw a great deal of interest in our all new Body Blitz course that runs over a six week period to help lose that seasonal weight gain and get back into great eating and training habits… Watch this space for information on the next course..

2012 is an exciting year, with the Olympics just months away – an event that won’t return to the UK in our lifetimes so there will be a series of events and challenges being organised to commemorate this fantastic event..

The total refurbishment of The Club is complete with the best quality and range of equipment available to be found in the gym.
Our Trixster X-Dream mountain bikes remain incredibly popular, along with our video equipped Treadmills and X-Trainers.
The Kinesis stations and TRX are the icing on the cake making this facility possibly the best equipped functional workout sites in the North West of England.
All this, but still we manage to maintain the atmosphere of a club half its size with twice the staff.
